CTS Hire first to offer 26t electric RCV on short term hire

CTS Hire is the municipal vehicle hire division of Specialist Fleet Services Ltd (SFS), a fleet and workshop management company and local authority vehicle partner.

CTS Hire has joined forces with RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) to add two brand new all-electric Renault Trucks 26-tonne refuse collection vehicles (eRCV’s) to its rental fleet. This marks the  first opportunity for councils and vehicle operators  to access such eRCV technology on short-term hire.

The design was created by CVW and the vehicle, an E-Tech D Wide electric rear-steer chassis with Dennis Eagle OL21 body and Terberg bin-lift has been wrapped with PVC Free vinyl.
